Fika Consultancy is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a high level of accuracy in handling financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently and accurately.
Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain transaction records.
Ensure the cash register is balanced at the start and end of each shift.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries politely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier’s desk.
Report any discrepancies or technical issues to management.
Assist with daily financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
Follow company policies regarding payment processing and data confidentiality.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred.
Strong math and data entry skills.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle high volumes of transactions.
