Fika Consultancy is actively looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our fast-paced team in Dubai. As a business consultancy committed to innovation and excellence, we rely heavily on robust and efficient IT systems. The IT Support Engineer will be a key player in maintaining the functionality, security, and performance of our technology infrastructure to support our daily operations and client service delivery.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing first and second-line technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network connectivity, and ensuring smooth operation of business-critical systems. You will monitor system performance, resolve user complaints, manage IT assets, and assist with the deployment of new software or updates across departments. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining data backups, antivirus protection, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
To be successful in this position, candidates should have a strong foundation in IT support, including experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, and remote desktop tools. You must possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or Cisco CCNA.
