Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and IT infrastructure.
Respond to IT support requests from employees and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Monitor system performance and ensure security measures are up to date.
Assist in setting up and managing user accounts, email configurations, and data backups.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and new technologies.
Maintain documentation of IT processes, issues, and resolutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and cloud-based applications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
