Fika Consultancy is currently seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about HR operations and talent management, and who thrives in a dynamic consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Handle employee relations and address grievances or disciplinary issues.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare relevant reports.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a consultancy or corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
