Fika Consultancy, a reputable business consulting firm in Dubai, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support its growing team. As an HR Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. You will help maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure proper documentation of onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Supporting payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management will also form a crucial part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will assist with organizing employee engagement activities, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least one to two years of relevant experience in an administrative or HR role. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HR software or ERP systems will be advantageous. Good communication skills in English and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment are key attributes for this role.
