We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for human resources, a commitment to professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support payroll processing and coordinate with the finance department for timely disbursements.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development sessions and maintain training records.
Ensure timely completion of performance appraisals and maintain relevant documentation.
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a consultancy or corporate environment.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
