Key Responsibilities:
Financial Records Management: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts while ensuring timely follow-ups and collections.
Bank Reconciliations: Support the reconciliation of bank statements to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Expense Tracking: Monitor company expenses and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing VAT and other tax filings in compliance with UAE regulations.
Payroll Support: Contribute to the preparation and processing of employee payroll.
Audit Assistance: Help prepare documentation and reports required for internal and external audits.
Reporting: Generate regular financial reports to aid in decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles, preferably in a consulting environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other financial tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE financial regulations, including VAT and compliance standards.
