Fika Consultancy is currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of our office and supporting various departments with timely and organized assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail handling.
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Order and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.
Provide administrative support to HR, finance, and management teams.
Welcome and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration is a plus.
1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
