Fika Consultancy, a trusted business advisory firm based in Dubai, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to manage and maintain the company’s documentation system. This role is essential to ensuring that all documents are properly filed, accessible, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize, manage, and maintain all company documents, both digital and physical.
Ensure proper labeling, classification, and archiving of records.
Control the issuance and retrieval of documents in accordance with company policies.
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure document control procedures are followed.
Update document control logs and maintain a document register.
Support audit processes by providing requested documentation in a timely manner.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain document security.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar document control or administrative role.
Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with record-keeping and file retrieval processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a consultancy or corporate office environment.
Knowledge of ISO standards and document control procedures.
