Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
Handle employee grievances, disputes, and performance evaluations.
Support organizational development and staff engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Coordinate with department heads to address workforce needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
