Fika Consultancy is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who can handle financial transactions efficiently while providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, credit card, and electronic transactions securely.
Maintain records of daily transactions and generate reports.
Reconcile cash drawers and ensure all transactions are accounted for.
Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.
Provide excellent customer service and address payment-related inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Collaborate with the finance team for audit and reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a cashier or accounts-related role.
Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in POS systems and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
