Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Handling: Process cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately.
Receipts and Invoices: Issue receipts and manage invoices for client transactions.
Cash Management: Reconcile daily cash and maintain accurate cash registers.
Customer Assistance: Address client inquiries regarding payments and services professionally.
Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate recording of transactions and maintain documentation for auditing purposes.
Reporting: Prepare financial reports on daily, weekly, and monthly transactions.
Compliance: Follow company policies and local financial regulations.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or accounting are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using POS systems and accounting software.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Soft Skills:
