Fika Consultancy is seeking a reliable and professional Company Driver to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring efficient transportation of staff, documents, and other essentials, contributing to the smooth operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Transportation Services: Safely transport staff, clients, and visitors to designated locations as per the daily schedule.
Delivery and Collection: Handle the delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and other items between offices, clients, and business partners.
Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in excellent working condition, arranging for timely servicing and repairs as needed.
Route Planning: Plan routes efficiently to minimize travel time and ensure punctuality.
Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety during transit.
Support Tasks: Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required and perform minor errands for office operations.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a company driver or in a similar role.
License: Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai’s roads, traffic regulations, and navigation tools.
Skills: Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and well-mannered with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours or on weekends if required.
